Directions:
Bring DISTILLED water (Only) to a boil
Recommended: Place 20 leaves per half gallon
Or 10 leaves per one liter
Or higher amount for stronger potency. ( 35 leaves per half gallon)
High boil for 30 mins (or 15)
Low boil for 60mins
As water evaporates add SMALL amounts Of water as you go to keep the desired amount.
DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH WATER YOU DO NOT WANT IT TO BE DILUTED!
Bottle store in frigde (preferably in Mason glass jar sealed.) Enjoy hot or Cold.
Taste is very subtle and clean like green tea.
Add lemon or Ginger or any other natural flavor or spice for different taste.
Add as the liquid for your smoothies
